Recently I visited Jennie for a back and shoulders massage because my shoulders were really tight. She did such a good job working out the tension and felt amazing. I slept so well that night too. I returned then for a back shoulders and head massage which was even better. Highly recommend Urban spa, it's amazing!Such a beautiful and calming space. I always look forward to a massage treatment with Jennie - she tailors everything to my needs and no massage is the same. She doesn’t just go through the motions - every experience is unique and I always leave feel lighter and more relaxed 🩷
Really lovely place. Staff are super nice, friendly and professional. My better half booked me in for a full massage with Hannah as a birthday gift and it was absolutely great , totally relaxing and I felt absolutely amazing after . Highly recommend you support this local independent business especially if you need anything they provide or just need some great relaxing time to yourself .

Great service and lovely place!! I booked for a full body massage + Indian head massage (very discounted in the promotions section so I would recommend) and unfortunately on the day there was a bit of building works outside within the first 10 minutes. I was immediately offered to reschedule which was very comforting and a kind gesture. The relaxation room afterwards was lovely and I was offered some tea or water and it is genuinely such a lovely and relaxing spa. I can’t be thankful enough for the relief I get from Full Body Massage and Indian head massage from Jennie at the spa! I’ve suffered with neck pain since 2005, seen Osteopaths, Chiropractors, other deep tissue sports masseuses and been through doctors so many times, one professional suggested that I should get regular muscle massages and when I tried Jennie, finally this works. The amount of effort and focus Jennie uses with here sessions seem the best treatment for my pain. I’m so grateful to finally get some relief. The environment at the spa is also so relaxing and peaceful. The whole team there at so kind and considerate. And my sessions are worth every penny.I recently had the pleasure of visiting this fantastic spa in Swansea. And I can't thank them enough for the incredible experience! Urban spa is just pure bliss! I have to book in here at least once a month without fail! Hannah is simply amazing! Every treatment here is incredible and in this new venue they have so much to offer everyone no matter how you're feeling. Everyone is so friendly, You will always have the best welcome. Enjoying a treatment and then being able to relax in the relaxation room with a herbal tea is pure luxury. If you haven't already visited here....you need to!!Had a fantastic full body massage here recently. The treatment itself was excellent - really relaxing and effective. The spa is beautifully decorated with a lovely Moroccan vibe, which creates a really calming and tranquil atmosphere. The chill out/relax room was a particular highlight – the perfect place to unwind after a treatment. Highly recommended!
Just had a massage with Jennie (Jenny?), and I think she's magic. I had so much pain when I went in. Headaches caused from tension in my neck and shoulders. I walked out with no pain. Highly recommend.
Wonderful massage from Jennie. She’s a very kind soul, and showed attention and care throughout. Loved the decor and relaxing ambiance, recommending to all my friends and coming back!
Highly recommend. Extremely friendly, kind and professional staff. I usually have a back/shoulder massage followed by reflexology. Jenni always fixes my tight muscles and then sends me to sleep - pure bliss. I've also had an Indian Head massage and a facial which again were fantastic. Thank you, Jenni and see you again soon. X
Just had such a good massage from Jennie at Urban Spa. She managed to get some pretty gnarly knots out of my back and shoulders after years of surfing. Would definitely recommend and go again.
I’ve searched forever for a good massage therapist in Swansea and I’ve finally found one in Jennie. She provides superb deep massage that’s also relaxing. Decor makes me feel like I’m on holiday x
Wonderful service at urban spa. Lovely massage with Jen, and my first time with hot stone massage with Hannah was very relaxing. Highly recommend the spa, decorated so tasteful and a real calming atmosphere. Love it!
Had an incredible massage with Jennie - felt completely refreshed after. The whole place has a great atmosphere, and the facilities are top-notch. Proper relaxing experience, already looking forward to the next visit🙌
